Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues Accurately and thoroughly documents while speaking with customer Maintains customer confidentiality Solicits customer feedback to improve service Meets productivity and quality standards NECESSARY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Communication skills- such as ability to listen, clarify, and relay information accurately Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations Capable of completing tasks in a timely manner, while maintaining accuracy Ability to type quickly and accurately Experience working in customer service or related fields ACT provides paid training, 2 weeks paid time off, medical, dental, and vision options.
