Synventive Molding Solutions, a business of Barnes Group Inc. has an exciting FSSE - Core Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing and maintaining multipoint relationships within assigned accounts, and gathers information about capital investment plans, program changes, and other applicable knowledge to support the development of both strategic and tactical sales plans. Responsible for understanding customer needs, and communicating and satisfying all matters related to assigned accounts, including servicing existing and developing new accounts, sustaining account plans, and developing multipoint relationships. Documents the business case and value proposition, identifies and applies plans to increase margin, and supports the development of marketing collateral (ie case studies). Engages customers' resources (operations, engineering, purchasing, leadership, etc.) to identify opportunities to expand territory and strategic accounts. Investigates problems, prepares reports to summarize findings, and delivers solutions that satisfy customer needs. Develop and communicate plans, agendas, metrics and results. Leads initiatives to gain alignment, share best practices, and apply feedback. Attend and actively participate in industry associations. Provide technical support to Synventive's customers who are experiencing problems with a Synventive product. Assist customers with initial start-up of hot runner systems as well as providing processing assistance throughout the life of the project. Provide onsite training to Synventive's customers in order to familiarize them with proper operating and maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot problems possibly related to a Synventive product either over the telephone or at a customer's facility. Able to travel within territory approx. 75% with occasional travel outside of region for meetings and support of special projects Qualifications: Able to demonstrate competence professionally interacting with customers, field sales, and other personnel. Strong ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels, within and outside of the company, in both verbal and written form. Strong ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with the organization and individual goals. A minimum of 3 years hands on experience in the injection molding industry. Experience with servicing and installation of hot runner systems, hot runner system design and specification. Proven ability to read drawing and specifications and connect technical requirements to appropriate manufacturing methods. Strong quantitative, analytical skills. Must be able to make timely decisions, set priorities, and execute plan to meet Customer commitments Impeccable integrity; Superior interpersonal skills; able to communicate and engage personnel at all levels of the organization. Proficient computer skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required Experience Education Requirements: High School/Equivalent Required; Technical Associates or Bachelor's Degree desired
