Job Description ServiceMaster All Phase Restoration, a leader in the disaster restoration services, is seeking a General Manager to run our branch operations in the Yuma, AZ location. This position is responsible for providing strong leadership within the branch to achieve overall financial success, employee development and strategic goals of the Company in the local market. This position will work closely with a management team committed to success from the San Diego, CA corporate office. Duties & Responsibilities: Daily operations of a busy restoration branch serving the Yuma and surrounding areas. Oversee Project Management Staff. Manage the Production crew. Lead the operations of the branch to ensure revenue goals are met. Monitor and lead customer satisfaction efforts. Ensure compliance of policies and procedures. Seek out opportunities for increased operational efficiency. Ensure that customers are receiving quality services. Resolve and take action to correct discrepancies that impact customer satisfaction. Manage fleet, supplies and maximize utilization. Follow OSHA safety guidelines and DOT regulations. Ensure branch is fully staffed by recruiting, interviewing and hiring personnel as necessary. Garner respect and develop all levels of staff through consistent training, management and mature leadership. Instill discipline and accountability in pursuit of improved customer service, quality and cost. Flexibility to work the hours needed to ensure all projects are met, staffed and managed. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years relevant branch management experience preferably in mitigation and/or restoration/construction/residential and/or commercial insurance industry.. Field travel 20%-30% for meetings, projects, corporate training and presentations. Ability to multi-task flawlessly. Ability to think analytically with focus on problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of staff. Effective leadership, motivational, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, plan and organize time. Excellent computer skills (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug Test and Background check The position will be primarily responsible for the direction of the overall day to day projects and activities of the location in the disaster restoration industry. Duties include operational guidance in process and procedures, sales and marketing initiatives, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include managing and coaching employees, developing customer relationships, and managing the branch P&L and expenses.
