Job Description
TRAX International is currently seeking an Information Systems Supervisor. This position is designated as the Test Support Services (TSS) contract Information System Security Officer (ISSO) as defined in AR 25-2. Duties include user Army Knowledge Online (AKO) registration, user Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) preparation, monitoring required user IA training compliance, generating user IA Appointment letters, managing personnel System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms, supporting and responding to the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) data calls, reporting security violations and incidents following company and installation policy and procedures, and managing access to shared network resources through Microsoft Active Directory Security Group member management. This position also functions as the contract telephone coordinator officer (TCO). Duties include managing, at the organizational level, Government-owned telecommunications resources to include analog and VOIP handsets, land-lines, and submitting telephone work orders for new lines and relocation of existing lines. Limited database administration is also required which includes managing records for computer assets, supporting TRAX License database, imports/ exports of requested information, troubleshooting/ resolving user application issues, and producing database reports. This position will support the deployment and implementation of enterprise level applications. Duties include managing stakeholders, tracking requirements, evaluation of COTS systems, and implementation down to the section level, and develop and conduct end user training. Examples are computerized maintenance management system and employee training database application. Position supports contract business related processes such as new hires, terminations, user access to information systems, and computer related supply and asset procurement. Supervisor duties include timecard administration, personnel supervision, personnel scheduling, section documentation (Quality Control, auditing, and SOP s), and personnel administration. Other duties as assigned.
Pay Rate: DOE Shifts/Hours: Vary by mission requirementMandatory Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen and not hold multiple citizenships. Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment. Must be a current TRAX employee or affiliate (MIRATEK, SPIRAL, VETS, or WESTECH). (for internal postings) Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, to support test missions. Must have dependable transportation and a dependable means of communication. Must be able speak, write, read, and understand English. Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude. Must use down-time effectively to the benefit of test, self, and company. Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable. Must demonstrate motivation, initiative, and reliability. Must be able to deliver quality products to the customer and be responsive to their needs. Must be safety and security conscious, complying with rules and policies. Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently. Bachelor s Degree in related field or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years experience supporting deployment, implementation, and integration of enterprise level applications Minimum 2 years supervisory or team lead experience Experience using trouble ticket systems to track and manage work assignments Must be capable of working a flexible schedule. Occasional weekend and night shifts will be required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Physical Qualifications: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical. Must be able to work in an office setting and occasionally perform work outdoors While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
